The Skoda Karoq 2021 will be updated to take on the second commercial phase of the first generation of this SUV, before the new second generation arrives in 3 or 4 years. Such changes will be insignificant, bet on the current same dimensions (4.38 meters long) and their well-known practicality and space, as well as baggage with a minimum cargo capacity of up to 521 liters.
However, we can already see some new features in the Skoda Karoq 2021. Aesthetically, this SUV will have a new grille and, as an option, full LED headlights, similar to the new Skoda Octavia. A new spoiler and some modifications to the bumper will be the biggest changes to the rear.

2021 Skoda Karoq Interior
On the interior, new features from the Karoq Skoda 2021 will also light up. The Czech brand will install a next-generation modular infotainment kit, the MIB 3 system, with a touch screen. While most of the mechanical range will remain without major changes, the new Skoda Karoq 2021 will introduce an incredible novelty. And according to information from AMS, the SUV will also launch a plug-in hybrid iV version, based on the variant already presented in the Octavia sedan.
As such, the new Skoda Karoq iV 2021 will also rely on a 150 hp TSI petrol engine and 75 kW electric drive, about 100 hp of equivalent power. Together with a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 13 kWh, this SUV will generate a total power of 204 HP and will achieve about 50 kilometers of 100% electric autonomy.
The rest of the distance will remain unchanged, only with machines with multiple evolutions. So, we’ll take another look at the Skoda Karoq 1.0 TSI petrol engine with 115 hp, alongside the 1.5 TSI with 150 hp and 2.0 TSI from 190. As for diesel, the SUV will bet on 2.0 TDI with 150 and 190 hp. Along with that, the DSG automatic and manual transmission options will continue to exist. It will also have several versions with all wheel drive.
2021 Skoda Karoq Price
Depending on the extent of the update, it’s likely that the Skoda Karoq 2021 price will increase slightly compared to the 2020 Karoq. Currently, the Karoq ranges from $ 32,990 for the 110 TSI and $ 39,990 for the 140 TSI Sportline (4X4).

Based on the release date of the last year, Skoda will introduce the 2021 Karoq in the fall of 2020.
